Levels of Care

The 14 unit apartment building houses studio and bachelor units with one and two bedroom apartments. All apartments are carpeted, heated, air-conditioned and each has a balcony. All windows treatments are provided as well. Covered parking may be requested. Monthly fees include access to 24-hour emergency Nursing care. As the apartment building is connected to the Billings complex, apartment tenants can also use all of the common areas and amenities offered by Billings Lodge.

The 48 unit retirement facility offers rooms and suites of varying sizes with a style of living aimed at seniors who may need some assistance with activities of daily living. Billings Lodge is a comprehensive facility, meaning one monthly fee provides for all inclusive services.

The two Assisted Living Floors consist of 28 rooms of varying size and price range. These secured areas were designed for residents whose cognitive impairment demands assistance with all activities of daily living and whose safety is paramount. Staffing, nursing and activation, has been enhanced, providing an atmosphere that promotes ability and worth.

Billings Lodge community consists of three buildings that are interconnected and houses 100 seniors with varying care needs, from independent apartment living to supportive care on two Assisted Living Floors.
